Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at La Casa Calderón! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchnage of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer (person that originally purchased the item). To process a return, you must have proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded. Special order items, such as, but not limited to, custom clothing, crochet earrings, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for adjustment of sizing. You can exchange the same item for a different size only. No other exchanges will be approved.

To initiate the return process, you must contact orders@lacasacalderon.com with your order number or copy of your receipt.
