Our inspiration
Our name “La Casa Calderón“ is an ode to the casas de modas founder, Laly grew up visiting in Moroleón, Guanajuato and her experience creating clothing pieces she handmade in Mexico. As descendants of Purhépechas, our shop is an honor to our great-grandmother and great-great grandmother, Gabriela and her son, Pablo Calderón, whom have passed down their cultural teachings to the generations after them.
We hope your shopping experience is reminiscent of simpler times, no matter where they are made, in Guanajuato or Michoacán, or in our home.
